Kathleen Huss has been in the world of insurance for most of her professional life.  From working for insurance carriers, working as a broker and advocating as an insurance consultant, Kathleen has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance field.    Seeing the need for honest, creative and solutions-based support for small employers, Kathleen started her own agency.  Options Healthcare Group was founded in 2009 and has worked with companies of all sizes and industries.  As a small business owner herself, Kathleen knows the challenge employers face in running a business.  We pride ourselves on collaborating with the business owner and HR staff to develop a comprehensive employee benefit package offering.  We take the time to listen to our clients’ needs, frustrations and pain points and offer solutions that address those concerns. 

When not working, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family that includes her husband, two kids, four goats, three dogs and a cat!
